Japan's Sanko Techno has launched the EZI-SA rear-mounted screw-fixed anchor bolt system, specifically designed for hanging bolts in concrete structures. The EZI-SA is suitable for various concrete substrates including reinforced mesh frames and semi-precast slabs.
During construction, first drill the holes and remove the debris inside. Then, insert the anchor bolts using an impact driver until the visible inspection ring becomes clearly visible. This indicates that the anchor bolts have been correctly embedded. The product is equipped with an orange (standard length) and a green (short length) inspection ring, which makes it convenient for workers and supervisors to visually confirm the installation is complete. The conical shaft of the anchor bolt reduces the number of plate hooks and is equipped with a stopper to control the depth of the drilling. It also has a double-layer gasket design. It can effectively prevent shear damage to the concrete surface and enhance safety and durability.
EZI-SA is only suitable for vertical anchor bolts. It is prohibited to reuse anchor bolts and holes. During construction, safety helmets and goggles must be worn to avoid over-tightening and using impact drivers with voltage exceeding 36V. No waste is generated during the installation process, making it convenient for environmental handling. EZI-SA offers W3/8 thread specifications, two types of embedding depths of 35 cm and 55 cm (the latter being the standard), which comply with strict building standards and provide a safe and efficient tightening solution for concrete anchor bolts.
